LT is no stranger to Sports Performance Training, he has been a lifelong athlete.  He played safety for Indiana State University after graduating he went on and played Professional Arena Football.   LT holds a bachelor's degree in exercise science and an associate's degree in paramedical sciences, he has been training athletes for over 15 years,
